Kindly send an email to us at email ID within 7 days from the date of receiving with a detailed description of the issue along with a mandatory opening video of the package. Our team will get in touch with you to assist you with the procedure further at the earliest. Requests for return or exchange made after 48 hours of receiving the product will not be eligible for this.
