At Corvo Styles, most of our products are print-on-demand, meaning they are printed specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, cancellations are only possible within a limited timeframe.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product has not yet entered the printing process.

Once the item has been printed or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed timeframe:

• Prepaid orders will be refunded through the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following situations:

• The order has already been printed or processed for production

• The cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

• Successful cancellations within 24 hours

• Approved replacement cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled
