Refund policy

At Corvo Styles, every product is made with care and printed specially for you. Since most of our products are print-on-demand, we follow a limited return and replacement policy.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please email us with the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • A complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package

The unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims. Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement.

2. Incorrect Size/Design Discrepancy Issues

If you receive the wrong size/design discrepancy compared to your order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Photo of the product

  • Photo of the size label/tag

If the mistake occurred on our side, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color variations due to screen display

  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

4. Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement product will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The replacement will be shipped to the same delivery address as the original order.
